Over the last few weeks I have bought so many books, I honestly think it's because I have bought two new bookcases to go with my original one and they look so bare, so my way of solving the bare shelves on my bookcases is by buying more books (genius idea obviously). My current TBR has enlarged however that just another excuse to read more, which I am definitely not complaining about. As you can see from the picture below, I have managed to pick up a total of 10 books over the past 2 to 3 weeks... I desperately need to go a book buying ban now, my bank is not my friend currently. Anyhow, onto my book haul!

01. Everything, Everything by Nicola Yoon - a book that has been highly raved about and the film comes out soon, so the plan is to read this before I see it!

02. The Last Piece Of My Heart by Paige Toon - My all time favourite contemporary/romance author has brought another book, so it was silly for me not to pick this one up. I Will definitely be reading this during the summer season.

03. I See You by Clare Mackintosh - The blurb to this book is so intriguing and I'm in the mood to read a mystery novel and this one has fab reviews.

04. A Court of Wings and Ruin by Sarah J. Mass - This is the third instalment to the ACOTAR series and I'm currently reading book two in the series and I am OBSESSED. I adore this story so much so I had to pick this gem up in Tesco for only £3.95!!

05. Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare

06. Clockwork Prince by Cassandra Clare

07. Clockwork Princess by Cassandra Clare

I'm slowly making my way through the Mortal Instruments (another series written by Cassandra Clare) and I was advised to read The Infernal Devices in between the last 3 books of The Mortal Instrument series as the books all link. I found a great deal on Amazon, where the box set for the three books in The Infernal Devices was one £8.85 instead of £30!! It would have been silly for me to pick them up individually considering one books comes to £7.99.. definitely saved myself some pretty pennies finding this deal!

08. All I Know Now by Carrie Fletcher - I have been eyeing up this book since Carrie released it yet never ended up buying it. So when one of the girls on the beechat bookswap twitter chat mentioned she had ALKN up for grabs, I decided I would definitely ask if she wouldn't mind sending it to me and she did! I can't wait to read this little book this summer.

09. The Child's Child by Barbara Vine - The lovely Charlene sent me this book with one of my letters she sent me. I have never heard of this book but I can't wait to read it as it sounds real interesting!

10. Always and Forever, Lara Jean by Jenny Han - This is the final book in the Lara Jean trilogy. I read the first two books last year and I did really enjoy them, so when Jenny Han said she was changing her Lara Jean duology to a trilogy I just had to pick this up. Especially because I'm in such a romance contemporary mood (definitely think it's because of the beautiful weather we are having at the moment

So many books I want to read NOW, I'm definitely going to take advantage of having so much time off over summer to delve into these books (I really can't wait). Have you bought any books recently you can't wait to read? Have you read any of these books? Let me know in the comments!

I honestly can't believe it's been a year since Matt and I flew to Disney World, Florida. It was such a magical holiday and we made so many memories that will stay with us forever. Disney has definitely become a place that means so much to Matt and I and we both hope to visit there together again soon.

I thought it would be a really nice idea to share a few of my favourite photos that were taken whilst we were in Disney and I also thought I would through the Disney tag in this post too. I found this tag floating around the blogging community and I loved the questions (however I did add an extra question at the end as there were only 9 questions, which slightly bugged me!).

01. What's your favourite Disney film?
I have so many Disney film favourites. I just love Disney so this question is so hard to choose just one. However, what I will do is list my top 5 films at the moment, those being: Moana, Big Hero 6, Wreck it Ralph, Lilo & Stitch and Pinocchio

02. Which Disney movie's scene would you have love to live?

Another really hard question as I would love to live so many moments in many different Disney films... There are two scenes that do come in to mind. The first being the lantern scene from Tangled and the second being the scene where Lilo, Stitch, Nani and David go surf boarding - honestly, one of my dreams is to go to Hawaii and another is to learn to surf - perfect scenario!

03. If you were a Prince, who would you be?
If I were a prince I would like to be Naveen from The Princess and The Frog. Yes, he's a little naïve at first and is not very favourable but you can't deny the passion he has towards music is just so fun. Also, he becomes a well respected prince by the end of the film and I love the journey he takes. He's also very funny!

04. If you were a Princess, who would you be?
If I were a princess for the day I would choose Moana because she is just super inspiring and coageous. She's just one confident gal and I love everything about the film Moana, especially the culture. I will also choose another Princess as Moana is technically not a princess! Another princess I would love to be is Merida from Brave for pretty much the same reason as Moana. She again is so courageous and confident. I love that she's so independent and strong and her hair is just goals.

05. Who do you look like the most?
I have been told that I look very much like Megara from Hercules as well as Vidia from the Tinker Bell films! What do you think?

06. If you could choose a Disney character to be your friend, who would it be?
I don't know if this is cliché but I would love Mickey Mouse to be my friend, I mean he's just too adorable. To be honest, I would just like to be best buds with Mickey, Donald and Goofy! I would also love to be friends with Minnie and Daisy, they would be the best of friends I'm sure. Max would also be so fun to be friends with, he just seems like so much fun.

07. A Disney scene that makes you cry every time?
Definitely Inside Out, that film wrecks me. I couldn't stop uncontrollably crying when I watched it and I still get tearful when I re-watch it. I also always cry or get teary during the film Stitch Has a Glitch. If you know what I'm on about that film really tugs on your heart strings.

08. Which Disney film have you seen the most?
Overall, I honestly have no idea but I have watch Lilo and Stitch a LOT. I have watched all the films including all of the TV episodes - can you tell Lilo and Stitch is my ultimate favourite film!?

09. What's your favourite Disney song?
Another really difficult question, I love so many Disney songs! Here are just a few that I will almost definitely belt if you put them on...
How Far I'll Go - Moana
You're Welcome - Moana
   (basically all the Moana songs)
Hawaiian Rollercoaster Ride - Lilo and Stitch
Make a Man Out of You - Mulan
On My Way - Brother Bear
I Got No Strings - Pinocchio
Let It Go - Frozen
When Can I See You Again - Wreck it Ralph (also the song from the street party parade at Disney)

10. What's your favourite memory made at a Disney park?
We made so many wonderful memories but I would definitely have to say that our encounter with Minnie and Mickey at Animal Kingdom. They were so funny and adorable, it was just perfect. I also loved meeting Chip and Dale - everyone says they're such laughs and they really, really are. Definitely two characters I would love to meet again.

Now here are a complication of photos taken over our holiday last year:

I hope you liked this post, I really enjoyed writing it. I'm loving my Disney themed posts at the moment, I just adore Disney and it really does hold a special place in my heart. If you haven't seen already, I posted a post on my Disney tsum tsum collection, so if you want to check that out, click here.

Have you ever visited Disney? Also how would you have answered these questions or some of my responses the same? I would love to know.

Even though I'm home for summer and I have so much time on my hands, I have hit a wall with blog post inspiration. I have really struggled with thinking of some great posts as well as being inventive and organised with my photography. It's a right pain, but thankfully I read Lauren's post on how she become inspired to write posts and wow, it really did help give me that sprinkle of inspiration and motivation I needed.

I personally loved the section in her post where she looks at herself for motivation and by doing so she now writes monthly reflections on where she reflects on how the past month has gone for her. By reading this, it inspired me to incorporate a reflections post within my blog, so let me introduce you to my new lifestyle series that you'll find twice a month on my blog - Fortnightly Reflections -

Honestly, when looking back over the last 2 weeks, it's definitely a whirl wind. 2 weeks ago I has just finished my penultimate exam and now I'm sitting in my garden in the scorching heat, sipping on a iced caramel latte (obsessed with these at the moment). Since finishing my 5th exam, I have completed all my exams, packed up most of my stuff in my university haul, moved back home for summer and have caught up with some of my closest friends. Not only that, it was also my mums 50th birthday and we had a big meal not only celebrating her birthday but also celebrating my nan's 85th birthday, my brother's 18th birthday and my 21st birthday (can't believe I turn 21 next Sunday!!).

The meal celebrating all our birthday's was just lovely, it was so lovely to see so much of my family, a few of my closest friends and my boyfriend all so soon after finishing my first year at university, it was one big celebration we all thoroughly enjoyed.

I'm not going to lie, I have also been feeling a little down since moving back home for summer. Don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled to be home living with mum, brother and sister again but it's hit me hard coming from the busy university life to coming home to a not-so busy lifestyle. I'm also struggling, as all my close friends I have made during my first year, all live so far away from me, making it very difficult to see each other. It also sucks that all my close friends from home are other away traveling or living in Nottingham finishing their placement year! Luckily I have a very supportive friends and family who are constantly texting me and chatting to me so I don't feel too on my own.

Another plus that's also helping with the sudden shock of leaving university life for the summer, is that I'm searching for a job and I feel confident that I'll be working in the next week or so, I will definitely let you know if I find one, in my next Fortnightly Reflections.

I'm hoping that once I have a job I will enjoy my summer just a little more as I know I'll be earning some money which I can start to save towards the adventures I want to experience next year.

I hope you enjoyed this post and I hope you'll enjoy seeing more of these posts over the next few months. How have the last 2 weeks been for you? Have you been getting great weather? I'm definitely enjoying the sun!

I adore Disney and that's why I want to incorporate more Disney into my posts as it's a company I feel very passionately about. I really want to share with you all, all the collectibles I invest my money in to and I just want to share my love of Disney with you all too! Just so you know I have now added an extra tab to my pages drop down menu named 'Disney', which is where you'll be able to find all my new Disney content and I have also added a tab called 'Tabitha's Tsum Tsum Collection' where you can find a complete list of all the Tsum Tsums I have on my shelf.

Today I thought I would share with you the latest Disney collectibles I have bought recently - a small treat to myself for completing my first year at university.

I have eyed up the Disney Animators' Collection Dolls since the day the were released and yet I have never bought one before. I usually told myself that I didn't need them or they were too much money to just sit on a shelf, however I am so happy I decided to pick this beauty up last week. Everything about her is gorgeous and I just love all the little small details, such as the scrump teddy, the classic satchel she carries throughout the first film and her tiny little sliders (I didn't get a photo but I promise they're cute).

I picked up Lilo as the film Lilo & Stitch is by far one of my favourites and I have so many fond memories when I think of the film and the characters. I also got her at a cheaper price as the Disney store has currently got a sale on these dolls (except the Moana one, which pains me because she's the next little one I desperately want!).

Lilo is currently sitting at the top of my bookcase and I love it, I just can't wait to have baby Moana standing next to her - then my bookcase will look perfect!

As you can probably tell by my new 'Tabitha's Tsum Tsum Collection' tab, I'm a massive fan of Disney's Tsum Tsums! My boyfriend got me into collecting them, as when I used to visit a Disney store, I always wanted to buy something (but everything is quite expensive - especially when you kept eyeing up the mugs!) and so when these little plushes were released, Matt said why not collect them, considering they're only £3 each! This past week I have picked up 5, I normally wouldn't pick up 5 in a week usually, however 2 of which I ordered online and the other 3 were little treats to myself for again, getting through my first year at university!

I ordered Baymax and Hiro online from a girl on twitter and I love them. They're Japanese imports so slightly different to the UK ones but not majorly. I'm honestly so happy to have Baymax as I'm obsessed with Big Hero 6. He is also adorable in his little superhero uniform. I couldn't buy Baymax without buying Hiro and they do look perfect together. Very happy with this purchase.

From this months new released collection (Tangled, The Series), Pascal definitely stuck out more than the rest of them. I just love that he has his tongue stuck out - too cute.

I just had to pick Leia up when I noticed that the Disney Store had released her again. She flew off the shelves the last time she was released so I just needed to get my hands on her as she's definitely my favourite character from the original films. Matt picked out the Ewok for me and I'm glad he did as again (like the rest) he is just adorable!

That's all of the Disney collectibles I have collected recently and I love all of them. No doubt I'll buy some more soon. Let me know what you thought of this post, I definitely can't wait to update you all on all the cute Disney things I'm buying.

I can't believe I'm saying this but I have completed my first year at university. Who can believe that only 9 months ago I was packing my bags and heading to Chester to begin my university adventure! It's had it's ups and downs but overall, I'm so happy with my decision and I already can't wait to move in to my new house and begin second year already! I thought in today's post I would share some photos from some of my favourite memories during my first year as well as some pretty photos of my campus!

I honestly love my campus, I do think I'm really lucky with where I am as it's just so pretty! I also think it's a great size, not too small but definitely not too big!

Cheshire Oaks is also a great aspect to Chester (especially when it's Christmas or someone's birthday), not only does it have a great selection of outlet stores, it also has a great selection of restaurants too! It's also a great place to just walk around and do a little window shopping too.

Now there was no way I wouldn't visit Chester zoo during my first year at university. It's honestly such a beautiful zoo and the wildlife collection they have there is also magnificent. It's such a lovely zoo to lose yourself in too, so if you ever find yourself close to Chester, I would 100% recommend you visiting.

Paintballing was definitely an experience. I have been once before but it was during the summer so the paintballs weren't so stiff (and painful) however the whole experience was a laugh so it's definitely there as one of my top favourites when looking back on my first year at university.

Christmas time at Chester was also lovely, they had a Christmas market and the lights made it look so pretty and adorable, can't wait for another Christmas in Chester for sure.

During my ecology module we got to experience a residential trip to the lake district which was definitely by far one of my favourite memories and trips I have been on. This was the trip that truly showed me that I wanted to be an ecologist and go down the conservation route!

I have made some amazing friends during my first year at university and I honestly don't know what I would do without them, they really have my first year at university the best experience it could be.

I know this post is very short but I do hope you liked looking at some of my photo's I shared with you. I still can't believe my first year is over, it really is crazy!

Anyway, hopefully there will be a post later this week as well so keep an eye out for that. I hope to be uploading a little more now, seeing as I don't have exams to revise for now. Let me know if you have finished your first year at university too, I would love to hear about it.
